If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, please email us to info@lifewildfoods.com with your order number, and the reason you are not satisfied – we will use this information to improve our products. We will send you an email with further instruction.

Only valid within 30 days of the arrival of the product, and for your first time of buying the product.

Returns

You can return a product within 30 days of purchase.

Please email us to info@lifewildfoods.com with your order number, and the reason for your return – we will use this information to improve our products. We will send you a prepaid shipping label which will be deducted from your refund. Please follow the instructions in the return email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and before its expiration date.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Please wait 3-5 business days from the arrival of your return for your refund to appear.
