Shipping policy

What are your shipping fees?

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99.


When will I get my order?

 

You can select from the available shipping options at checkout. Estimated arrival times are based on 48 hours order processing time and calculated shipping time based on your location, your order might arrive earlier, but in an unlikely event not later than 2 days after the estimated arrival time.

 


Why did I get two shipments?

 

Please note that sample products are shipped from our office and regular orders are shipped from our warehouse so they might come in different shipments.



How can I track my order?

 

Tracking is available on the “order status page”, you will get a link to the order status page in your order confirmation email. You will also get your tracking number in a separate email, once the order is sent out. If you open up an account at checkout or you have an existing account, you will be able to track your order on your account page.

 



Do you ship outside the USA?

 

No, we can only sell in the USA
